Tomohon International Flower Festival

Festival Bunga Internasioanl is an annual event each dated August 8 presents the tradition of flowers in Tomohon city which is famous as the city of flowers. Tomohon is located on slopes of Mount Lokon with a cool temperature and fertile soil has a horticultural farming folk tradition and organizes regular flower festival and carnival.

Tomohon International Flower Festival (TIFF) is a folk tradition that presents the works of floral interest based on an event every August 8th and lasts a week. TIFF in 2016 brings more than 250,000 flowers from local flower growers in Tomohon in the carnival of flowers by 30 teams from China, Japan, Australia, Singapore Thailand and Philippines.

TIFF also organizes a number of events are Tomohon Flower Carnival, Flower Fashion Carnival, Tournament of Flowers, Flower Queen Contest, Floriculture Expo, Geothermal Festival at Lake Linouw, 10K race, thankgiving day, culinary festival and much more.

Tomohon has an area of 147.21 square kilometers at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level has a long tradition of horticultural history. Flowers have become cultural heritage around Lokon volcano which presents natural beautiful and fertile land for urban communities.

Odzala-Kokoua National Park

Odzala-Kokoua National Park or Odzala National Park is a conservation area of 13,500 sq kilometers (5,200 sq mi) at the Cuvette-Ouest Department, Republic of the Congo, declared a protected area in 1935, biosphere reserves in 1977, and national parks in the year 2001 at. Timang Beach
