Ngeden Beach

Ngeden Beach or Ngedan Beach is a small coastal, white sandy, beautiful coral reefs at low tide and hidden among karst cliffs in Bedalo Sub-village, Krambil Sawit Village, Saptosari District, Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta Province, Indonesia, as one of the beaches beautiful for adventure lovers for camping and fishing.

Ngeden Beach is a white sandy beach and has a coastline just 150 meters between the cliffs, but has hills and a patch of grass and pandanus gardens. The beach is surrounded by karst hills where pandanus plants dominate the surface into a natural park.

Green seaweed and small fish decorate small pools to swim between the legs of travelers when the sea water recedes. The southern coastal seascapes are becoming more beautiful than the peaks of the hills where gazebos are built to watch the sunrise and sunset.

The beach becomes a haven for the fans of fishing from the hills and direct access to the vertical sea where rich in grouper and lobster. To the west has an elongated footpath connected to parks and hills that have a viewing platform on it. The west side of the hill is Nglimun Beach as a camping area on a hilltop.

Ngeden Beach has the same characteristics as the beaches of Gunung Kidul where it has white sand, karst cliffs and pandanus gardens, colorful small fishes on coral reefs at low tide and strong waves directly from the Southern Ocean.

Gunung Kidul is part of a line of karts landscapes in the Sewu Mountains Geopark that brave along the southern part of Java Island that includes Central Java, Yogyakarta and East Java Provinces. Odzala-Kokoua National Park

Timang Beach

Pantai Timang is coastal attraction forms the boundary between Java Island and Indian Ocean in Danggolo Sub-village, Purwodadi Village, Tepus District, Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, as one of the beaches in Gunung Kidul which has white sand.
