Rarobang coffee

Rarobang coffee or Kopi Rarobang is an arabica-based coffee beverage, Coffea arabica, mixed with spices as a traditional Amboner drink in Maluku Province, Indonesia, to relax in the afternoon after a day's work. Maluku does not produce coffee, but is rich in spices and creates a rich variety of savory dishes.

The Malukas also used spices to produce coffee drink as a work since it was created by their ancestors. People enjoy coffee in the afternoon after a day working as a fisherman to relax while listening to traditional Malukas music.
